We ain’t dead yet, Fox Rockers.
I’m not going to bore you with the legal-ese and FCC regulations that are governing this transition. The simple story is that 103.9 the Fox is still certainly going away, but we’ve got a stay of execution before the Rapture. And it’ll be a couple of months.
It’s still disappointing for all of us, both on-air and behind-the-scenes. But our weird little station in the cornfield really couldn’t go out any other way…with a rare actual chance to express our gratitude to you, our listeners and local advertisers. The station will turn six years old on February 25th, and we were able to create this party day-in, day-out because of you.
We’re still full speed ahead for our Adult Easter Egg Hunt on April 19th, which we’ll now be calling the Final Adult Easter Egg Hunt. And it’ll be a blast. Expect to see us out-and-about in Foxland for as many Farewell Tour Stops as we can book. And we’ll be blowing out every prize, ticket, and piece of swag that we’ve got…because we aren’t gonna need them anymore!
LET’S HAVE FUN. LET’S GET WEIRD. AND ROCK WITH US UNTIL THE RAPTURE!
